Arizona Court Docket is a private reference site, not a court office or a statewide records counter. Questions about official case activity, hearing dates, or copies must go to the court that holds the file. Public Access may help locate a participating case, while the county directory provides a path to each county court resource. The routes below separate general Arizona court information from requests that only the local clerk or judge's division can answer.

This is not an Arizona court or government office. This private reference site cannot retrieve an official docket, change a hearing, seal a case, issue a certified copy, or advise a person about a legal matter. The court and clerk that hold the case must handle those requests.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the channel that matches the record or task:

  • The full case docket: identify whether the case is in Superior, Justice, or Municipal Court, then open that county's route in the County Directory; the court's clerk holds the file
  • A scheduled hearing: check the Court Dates resources, then verify the latest setting with the clerk or assigned court division
  • A certified copy: request it from the clerk of the court that maintains the record, using the county route for the correct office
  • A statewide case locator: use Case Lookup to reach Arizona Public Access by party name or case number, subject to its court and case-type limits
  • Which court owns a case: consult the statewide Court System overview for the Superior, Justice, Municipal, and appellate roles

Arizona's statewide portal can point to a participating case, but the local court remains the source for its complete docket and certified documents. A Superior Court record belongs with that county's elected Clerk of the Superior Court; a Justice or Municipal Court file belongs to the clerk of that specific court. The County Directory routes to the county court resource, where the proper clerk and court type can be confirmed.
