About Arizona Court Docket

Arizona case information is split among statewide tools and the courts that hold each file. Public Access to Court Case Information can locate matters from participating courts, while the Arizona Judicial Branch sets statewide court rules and each court's clerk keeps its official docket. A Superior Court case and a municipal traffic citation may belong to different clerks even when both arose in the same county. Arizona Court Docket brings the main search routes and court structure together, then points readers to the county site that can connect them with the local case record.

Why We Built This Site

Arizona's online case search and the official court file serve different purposes. The Arizona Judicial Branch's Public Access to Court Case Information is a statewide locator for participating courts, but its coverage is partial and its case information is not the official record. A docket sheet is the dated record of case events, filings, and settings. It remains with the clerk for the court that heard the matter: the Clerk of the Superior Court for Superior Court cases, or the local Justice or Municipal Court clerk for lower-court cases. Readers often need both steps: locate the case statewide, then open the correct county court route for the full docket or a clerk-certified copy.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

Arizona Court Docket is a private reference service, separate from the Arizona Judicial Branch, every court, and each clerk's office. It cannot act on a case or issue court records. That boundary means:

  • We do not retrieve an official case file or docket sheet
  • We cannot issue a certified copy of a filing, order, or docket
  • We cannot change, reset, or confirm a hearing date
  • We do not seal, remove, or edit a court's case entry
  • We cannot provide legal advice about a person's case
  • We cannot promise that each listed fee, court process, or contact detail is current

The clerk or court holding an Arizona case is the source for its official docket and certified records. This reference service can help identify the route, but the issuing office must provide the document.

Search Partners

Some search boxes are operated by outside providers. They control their own services, results, and prices. If a visitor follows one of these tools to a paid signup, we may receive a referral fee; this helps support the reference pages. We do not set a partner's charges or control what its search returns.
